Classes with Ana and Vladan
Classes for pregnant women are adapted to all women who had any exercise experience before pregnancy.
During these classes, there is no pressure on the stomach, no back exercises.
The classes are designed to promote mobility in the shoulder and hip joints. We relieve the muscles of the lumbar spine through light extensions.
Bearing in mind that not all pregnant women are equally in exercise condition, we recorded two versions of the class. The first twenty-minute version is adapted for those who are not in shape, and the second, longer version, is adapted for women who exercise regularly and are active during pregnancy, and this class is also divided into two parts so that they can be followed with breaks.
These classes are not only for pregnant women, but also for people who do not have any experience of exercising in silk and do not have strong muscle structures, and they think that they need much more fitness to exercise on silk.
